Refund & Return Policy – BlitzKart

Welcome to BlitzKart. We aim to provide a secure and smooth shopping experience for all customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation

Return Time Limit

Approved returns must be shipped or handed over to the courier within 5-7 days from the date the return request is approved. Returns requested or sent after this period may not be accepted.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging where applicable.

Digital Products & Gift Cards

BlitzKart may sell digital products such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Gaming cards

  • Subscription codes

  • Digital vouchers

  • Downloadable products

Important:

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once:

  • The code/key/card has been delivered

  • The product has been accessed, redeemed, or used

Refunds for digital items will only be considered if:

  • The wrong code/product was delivered

  • The code is invalid and verified by our team

Fraudulent refund claims may lead to account restrictions or cancellation of future orders.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Redeemed digital products or gift cards

  • Downloadable content after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • COD refunds may require bank account or UPI details

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment or digital delivery. Once shipped or digitally delivered, cancellation is not possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment app

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

  3. Wait a few business days for processing delays
